Effective Date: June 30, 2026This is an internal staff notification system. It sends automated work-related operational and emergency text alerts to a small number of We Rent Them Property Management employees as part of their job duties. It is not a consumer, marketing, or public-facing program, and no member of the public is enrolled.

 

VERBAL OPT-IN SCRIPT (spoken by a manager to each employee):"As part of your job at We Rent Them Property Management, we use an automated text-message system to send you work-related operational and emergency alerts — for example, urgent property or maintenance issues, safety notifications, and time-sensitive schedule changes. These alerts come from (888) 810-2203. Message frequency varies with operational needs, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop the messages, or HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these work alert text messages?"

 

Employee: "Yes."

 

The employee's verbal agreement, with the date, is recorded in our internal staff records.
