By using the We Rent Them Property Management website, calling our offices, or engaging with our AI voice agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

We Rent Them Property Management provides full-service residential property management services in Salt Lake City, Utah and surrounding areas, including property leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and tenant communication. Our AI voice agent assists callers with property availability information, rental application links, and tenant portal access for rent payments and account management.
 

3. SMS Communication

SMS messages are sent solely upon your explicit request. By verbally requesting that our AI voice agent or staff text you a link, or by submitting your phone number through our SMS opt-in page, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from We Rent Them Property Management. Messages may contain links to available properties, rental applications, tenant portal access, payment reminders, or maintenance updates.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Rental and Lease Agreements

All tenancies are governed by a separate written lease agreement signed before move-in. That lease, including payment terms, rules and regulations, security deposit terms, and lease term, constitutes the binding contract between the tenant and the property owner. These Terms of Service do not modify or supersede any lease agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We Rent Them Property Management and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites, AI voice agent, or SMS communications. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our website services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this section limits liability obligations under any signed lease agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including our website, AI voice agent, tenant portal, or SMS communications, for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the proper operation of our systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
