Credit Requirements & Security Deposits We use an aggregate credit score (the combined average of all adult applicants’ credit scores) to determine your security deposit: 625+: Marketed Rate – Approved 580–624: 1.5x Marketed Rate – Approved 550–579: 2x Marketed Rate – Approved 549 & Below: Denied Applicants with excessive accounts in collections or bankruptcies filed in the past seven (7) years will be denied.
